Monthly Class Schedule
- Students build confidence in the kitchen with hands on learning. These classes are designed to introduce kids to basic cooking techniques and knife skills in order to foster creativity and develop culinary sense.
- We dive into the roots of where our food comes from. How and where it is grown, harvested, processed, and cooked.
- Emphasis on Seasonal cooking, alternative cooking methods and healthy substitutions. ( Gluten-free, natural sugar, natural dyes )
- Recipe book building: Each student takes recipes home to encourage cooking in their own kitchen
- To- Go Treats: Students get to share their hard work with their family by bringing samples home
